In Your TLC Eating Clean Journey, you will receive:

  • everything you need to transform your life with a new eating clean lifestyle, including daily emails for 28 days to support your process
  • a workbook to dive deep into what works and what doesn’t in your current way of eating
  • assessment tools to understand how they food you eat makes you feel
  • a 10-day Eating Clean plan to put these principles to work
  • questions to help you assess any potential food sensitivities and plan your ongoing eating clean lifestyle
  • email support as needed
  • two 45-minute one-on-one coaching calls over your four weeks. The first one will be scheduled during the first two weeks of your journey and the second will be held as you complete your 10 days of eating clean, in week four.
