Your Eating Clean Journey is not a diet or a cleanse. Over your 28-day journey, you will transform how you feed your body to support your life.

You will discover and develop your own true sustainable way of eating that will energize you so you can live a life you love!

Chronic symptoms including congestion, headaches, dry skin, digestive problems and more can be related to food sensitives you may not even know you have. Once you start eating clean and these symptoms disappear, you will feel more energized and clear minded – more like the true you!

As you establish your own regular shopping list and learn which foods work for you and which ones don’t, eating clean is an easy lifestyle to maintain!

On Your Eating Clean Journey:

  • You begin by setting an intention of who you want to be in the way you feed yourself.
  • You will gain awareness of where you are now, through personal assessments and hands-on research.
  • You will discover which foods give your body the most energy and which you should avoid.
  • You will clear the clutter – both physical and mental. Your kitchen may not currently be set up to feed you the way your body is craving for its best experience.
  • You will take action with an immersive 10-day Eating Clean experience. A complete customized meal plan, recipes, shopping lists, how-to, and tips for meal prep will make it all come together with ease.
    If you’re suffering from food intolerances or sensitivities, your 10-day Eating Clean experience could be the most profound dietary experiment you’ll ever try. Food intolerances or sensitivities can contribute to many ailments we just tend to live with – from congestion, skin problems, headaches, inability to focus and many more.
  • As you complete your 10 days of Eating Clean, you will test some common food allergens to see how you feel re-introducing them to your body.
  • You will assess where you are now and make your action plan to continue your personal eating clean journey.
