Gratitude is good. Are you feeling it? Looking back at our ten days of exploring gratitude, have you been aware of giving and receiving each day? Sometimes the particular suggestion I give won’t occur that very day, but it’s all about building awareness of the many ways we give and receive kindness each day. It’s out there, happening around us, to us, from us. We are creating moments in the world that we and others can be grateful for.
