gratitude: a 21-day exploration day twenty-one

It is Thanksgiving morning. You wake up relaxed and excited for the day’s celebration. Stand at your window. Feel the sun’s rays warm your face. Be still, close your eyes and breathe. Your heart is full of love and gratitude. You are so present to all you have in your life – all the moments, people, and love around you are true gifts.

We have been on an exploration of giving and receiving kindness and in that journey the inward feeling of gratitude has grown in our hearts. Today, we celebrate that feeling with others in the holiday of Thanksgiving.
