Weekly Online Meditation Experience
Read, Reflect and Write Meditation
~ a focus on lovingkindness ~
9:00am – 10:00am MT
Our hour will start with a short reading from
Sharon Salzberg’s “Lovingkindness”
We will then sit in quiet meditation for 15 minutes followed by 15 minutes of silent journaling.
To complete our hour together, we will share in a
respectful listening circle.
Please have a journal to write in and something to write with.
No meditation experience needed.
Class is held virtually via Zoom
