Sautéed Asparagus

Serves:  6                 Prep time:  5 minutes   Cooking time:  10 minutes

1 TB sesame oil
1 lb asparagus
3 cloves of garlic, minced

  1. Rinse asparagus and break of ends.
  2. Heat oil in sauté pan.
  3. Add garlic and asparagus.
  4. Cook about 10 minutes, tossing asparagus as needed

Notes: You can add dried rosemary or thyme to the pan as well.
