What can Health Coaching do for you?

The focus of my holistic health coaching is the whole picture of health from nutrition to fitness, relationships, career/purpose and spirituality.

Health coaching is not a diet plan. It’s a whole-life plan, focusing on improving your health and happiness with simple steps, adding ease, grace and balance to your life. Together, we’ll find out what will help you feel better.

We all want to live healthy lives, feel better in our bodies, and have energy to participate in our lives as fully as possible. But we also don’t want to feel deprived. We don’t want to feel like we can’t go out socially, we can’t have this to eat or we must have that.

Health coaching with The Balance Tree is about how you can individually improve your health while still living a life that you want. We’ll look at where you are now in terms of your health, how you feel about your body, how you feel about the quality of your life. We will look at where you are today and where you want to be. Together we’ll find the steps, the recipes, the routine, the balance that works best for you. How does that sound?
