In all of life, there is struggle. Wow. Heavy. Buddha said it, and regardless of your religious tendencies, I’ll bet you live by that belief. I know I do. Or I did. But more and more I am being shown the idea:

“what if it could be easy?”

Yes. That feels light and good. I am embracing that thought. I invite you to embrace it with me. Our lives are created by us, every day. We choose what to eat, how to move our bodies, where to lay our gaze, who to reach out to, and when to feel good. They may not all seem like it, but they are choices. Your choices. Every day.

Are you looking for support around eating in a way that feels better for your body?
Add water and more vegetables each day.

Have you been meaning to get back into exercising?
Go for a walk. Maybe pick up the pace a bit into a run, if that feels good.

Are you overwhelmed with too much to do?
Pick a small space in your house – your desk, your kitchen counters, your dining room table – and clear it off.
Remove the clutter you aren’t even seeing anymore.
Do it today.

what if it could be easy?

Do you miss having fun?
Make a list of the people you are in relationship with. Who do you have fun with?
Call them. Make a date. Or simply laugh on the phone together.
Reach out today.

what if it could be easy?

Look in the mirror.
Smile.
The time to feel good is today.
